Imagine, what looks like pig house, is actually a classroom. This is a school in rural Zambia, as though it’s a country coming out of civil war. But money for by-elections is readily available. To build a school in rural part of the country with involvement of PTA, will cost the government less than K300,000.
Its a matter of priorities countrymen and women. Meanwhile, the so-called president is currently wasting colossal sums of money receiving treatment in expensive foreign hospitals.
That’s somewhere in Kalomo, in Dundumwezi constituency.
