That is Tapo Primary school some 30km from Mongu town along Mongu – Kalabo Road. Pupils ars sitting on the floor as classroom roofs are all leaking during rain season. Something can be done if these pictures can be published. Hold my ID.
Just wait for the time when a new resident will be in plot one and then a decision to reconstruct these schools be effected! That’s the time when those from the over favored provinces will loudly cry foul and favoritism!
Those that were advocating for the inclusion of Barotseland in a country called Zambia against the wishes of the Litunga should by now be ashamed of themselves. It is un heard of for a country to surrender its sovereignty to foreigners.
bad schools bad fruits, how would you expect to have good results from pupils from this poorely facility?
Muchinga province and luapula have universities and many brand new schools, they were constructed by government not cdf. Chitotela hates the people of barotseland he made sure no school was built in his time. Tribal development by PF
Ask your mp and the local leaders where they take the cdf from the same government you are busy insulting. Your upnd leaders you chose are anti development. Don’t blame government for your own mistakes.
Idiot. You have a special kind of democracy in your backward country. Govts are national. They include even areas where the ruling party is not in control. You seem to be a country of functional illiterates.
These are the fruits of asking your MPs not to work with those in power. How many oppositions Council Chairpersons have been suspended or thrown out of the party for attending State functions where the Republican President is addressing?
The MP and the local leadership are all in the pocket of the totally corrupt PF government. This clearly is a job for the Ministry of Education, but the budget surely has already disappeared in the direction of PF cronies!
Yes GRZ has a duty to use taxpayers to solve problems like this one but communities should at times be active and do somethings in their areas to make lives better for themselves. Can’t the MP and local leadership agree to even use the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to address an urgent problem like that?
