Police arrest PF official for saying Lungu is visionless

Police in Kapiri have arrested Ndeke branch PF chairman Kelin Pepala for saying that Zambia had no direction because President had no vision for the country.

During a UPND meeting last week, Pepala said the country’s economic problems had proved Lungu correct when he said that he had no vision, and called on Zambians and serious minded youths to rally behind UPND and Hakainde Hichilema.

Pepala urged other youths to put aside their political affiliations as a way of salvaging Zambia from completely sinking under PF leadership. He was detained at Kapiri Mposhi police station this morning and charged with conduct likely to cause breach of peace and only released on police bond later in the day.

And Central province youth chairman Milner Mwanakampwe, in a media statement said urged the police to desist from obeying orders from leaders with beer hangover as they were not made in national interest.
