Police deployed to pick Kambwili after he ‘fled’ ACC interrogations

Police have arrived at National Democratic Congress(NDC), leader Chishimba Kambwili’s residence on Lewanika Close, off Brentwood drive in Kabulonga to pick him up.

On Wednesday Kambwili left the interrogation room at the Anti-Corruption Commission stating that he has severe diabetes but was being kept without further cause.

The ACC have since given him a “Warn and Caution” statement that is usually a prior or preliminary action given in criminal matter before an arrest.

But Kambwili ‘fled’ the ACC premises claiming he had been kept without food or water for hours.
