Police boss Libongani fired for disarming PF thugs sent to cause terror on CB

Inspector general of police Stella Libongani was discarded for ordering the arrest of a gang of PF thugs from Lusaka that has been given guns by President Edgar Lungu’s Special Assistant for Corruption Kaizer Zulu.

The armed gang led by Maxwell Chungu, (a failed Big Brother participant) is currently on the Copperbelt with 14 military weapons meant to terrorise Copperbelt residents, especially their fellow PF members, who are defecting to the opposition UPND and also targeting senior UPND leadership in the area and dismissed miners who are protesting against the PF.

Chungu and his team are currently residing at a named lodge and hotel in Kitwe and using State House Land cruisers at night while they used a bus during the day.

The idea is to cause maximum terror to the Copperbelt residents who are frustrated with the PF government and are resigning to join the opposition.

But Libongani last week sent police forensic detectives to track the group and have them arrested with military weapons confiscated from them.

This annoyed Keizer Zulu and immediately reported her President Edgar Lungu who has now moved to fire Libongani and replace him with those that will protect PF thuggery ahead of 2016 elections which maybe held in April or there about according to Lungu’s timetable.

Libongani was constantly undermined by juniors such as Lusaka Province Police Commissioner Charity Katanga and others who had direct access to Lungu while Libongani was not able to regularly talk to her boss Lungu.

Even the appointment to Canada may not even materialise as she will not even be sent there like others before who have been appointed but never posted.
