Police set dogs on HH supporter during court

 

One person has been bitten by one of the State Police German Shepherds (dogs).

Rashid Masumba has been gnawed by one dog on his stomach.

This happened this morning when UPND President Hakainde Hichilema appeared for his alleged treason charge.

According to Rashid Masumba, the dog was let loose on him as he was walking to the court room by one of the police officers.

And the university teaching hospital has since issued a medical report and have advised the victim to ensure police locate the said dog and ensure it is vaccinated.

The medical report also indicates that Rashid Masumba has sustained stomach bruises as a result of the biting.

State Police have from the time UPND President Hakainde Hichilema started appearing for the treason charge at the court been patrolling the premises with vicious dogs.

The dogs that look impoverished but ready to pounce on anyone last time dropped feacal matters in a vehicle Police nearly bundled the UPND President Hakainde Hichilema when being driven to Chimbokaila prison.

The dogs also bark anyhow, seemingly yawning for food or anything to pounce on much to the noise pollution which is not allowed at court premises.
