This letter is fake and the instructions are fake. It only confirms that the regime is panicking and ready to deny citizens the rights of association.

Zambia has become a banana republic and police state. There is no longer any freedom of association, except for PF cadres. The police are increasingly used to brutalise and opress the populace. All basic freedoms have been usurped by the PF police. Wait till the current Chinese colonization of Zambia has been completed and we will then see a brutalization far worse than that which the Uighur communities in north-west China are going through now.
