Police trying to take GBM to gym where they probably planted evidence

Police are currently trying to take UNPD vice-president Geoffrey Mwamba to his gym where youths were arrested from a few days ago.
The police closed the gym and have been guarding it since the time they arrested the youths and accused them of illegal drilling, an offence that carries 7 years in prison if proved.
But GBM’ s lawyers are resisting the police’ attempt to take Him to the gym arguing that since the premises has been in the exclusive control of the police since that time, they could have ‘planted’ evidence there.
