Lungu says development to go to regions that will vote PF

Outgoing President Edgar Lungu has told a rally in Northern Province that if re-elected his government will prioritise development to areas that will vote for the PF.
He said despite the fact that the country had the ‘one Zambia one nation’ slogan; his government will find a ‘formula’ to develop areas that will vote for PF.
‘If you vote for us this time I will concentrate development to the regions that will vote for us. Yes its one Zambia one nation but priority will go to regions that will vote for us,’ President Lungu said.
He claimed that he had concentrated development to areas that did not even vote for the PF last year.
‘We were concentrating development to areas that did not vote for us,’ He said.
President Lungu’s campaign message was punctuated with personal attacks on UPND presidential running mate Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba.
