Ratsa accused of organising group sex

The Road Transport and Safety Agency (RATSA) has organised a workshop for 37 days for its officers to be conducted at Likayi Police College starting tomorrow.

RATSA Officers are required to travel from all over the country, check in and stay at Lilai for the next five weeks.

But some officers and spouses of these officers have complained that this is just going to be another group sex workshop.

The officer say inspectors, trainers and other senior officers at Lilayi are well known for forcing recruits and junior officers to have sex with them during such trainings.

Officers are wondering why the workshop should take five weeks when it can be done within a week.

See one of the numerous complaints sent to ZWD below:

DOES RTSA HAVE A MANAGEMENT?

Call me anonymous..
Mr Soko has decided to send rtsa married women and men to Lilayi training centre for 5 weeks.some officers are coming from outside town to travel to Lusaka leaving small children. All this just came to light last week, unexpected.

Many officrs are on contract and this is not in their contracts.

Does Soko want to ruin marriages? Does he know there is HIV?Lilayi is the same place where some officers confessed having slept with over 1000 trainee women and rtsa decides to send officers.
These officers are women and men mostly in their 30s/40s,surely what training for 5 weeks ai?.Are these pipo married to rtsa or their spouses. Is this how you wreck peoples marriages? I am married, why should I spend 5 weeks without may wife/husband?You can’t question his decisions then you are gone, fired, suspended or contract not renewed.Due to lack of employment pipo are just tossed left right n centre This institution needs clean up.5 weeks?….ANONYMOUS
