Let us cultivate a culture of accommodation and tolerance among ourselves. Even those in power should show humility and understanding to their subjects. This is central and key philosophy of living in democracy and should be demonstrated in a week of so called prayers. Killing unarmed citizens is wrong and there is nothing to justify such acts.

I see Musumalis point. Unarmed citizens deserve justice and a right to be heard. The killing of Leshina followers by the Zambian Government was also wrong and could also be classified as genocide.

During the short rule of RB as President and Late Mkondo Lungu as Home Affairs Minister a military force was sent to Barotseland that killed and brutalized innocent citizens. On behalf of all those that were negatively impacted by the rule of RB, I think that this is now his turn to suffer. So may his illness be slow long and painful.

Ba Musumumali – you are a complete idiot. Compare your foolish message to the multitude of solidarity messages on all platforms. Your brothers became lawless and paid for it and peace was restored and hence saving many lives of innocent and peaceful people in that region. RB will pull through this with God’s grace – and we are praying for him.

The people who were brutalized by the RB forces deserved justice. Their lives also matter. They may have held a different opinion from that of the Zambian Government, but I wish to insist that they had a right to whatever opinion they had. As a matter of fact, killing unarmed people for what ever reason amounts to genocide. Zambia should be for us all regardless of the political opinion we hold.

Musical – Have you heard of a term like “justifiable homicide”? Note that in some cases, a few people have to die in order to save lives of many. These are tough decisions that leadwrs have to make. Just because you are not armed foes not mean that you pose no serious danger to other people. Behave like that again and see whst will happen to you.
