RB’s team seal deal with Lungu to completely take over PF leadership

The Rupiah Banda faction of MMD has finally struck a major deal of taking over the ruling PF through adoption of MPs and policy shifts from those of late Michael Sata to Banda, according to a leaked highly classified document. It is Rupiah Banda’s team that will adopt PF candidates for 2016.

And a scheme has also been agreed in which RB’s cases and Dora Siliya will drag on in courts of law until there is a substantive friendly Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to drop the cases or simply mess the cases up.

RB’s boys such as State House Special advisor to president Edgar Lungu, Lucky Mulusa, Muhabi Lungu, and others were behind the secret document and agreements that will see Lungu slowly abandon what they consider Sata’s bad policies.

A number of current serving PF MPs, especially in Luapula, Northern, Copperbelt, Lusaka and Central Provinces, will not be adopted but will instead be  painted black in the media using  propaganda that they either belonging to UPND or newly formed Rainbow Party.

On delaying RB’s corruption cases, the scheme involves transfer of magistrates and Judges handling these cases among other plans so that they will not be available for court hearings due to lack of government resources for travels.

Already Lusaka Principal Resident Magistrate, Joshua Banda who is handling Rupiah’s major corruption case has been transferred to some rural area when he was just about to make a ruling in RB’s Nigerian Oil deal case.

In this whole scheme, the Nevers Mumba MMD faction is not considered as a factor at all, but they will be kept in merger talks with hope of something that won’t yield anything.
