Response to the Cheke Cha Mbunda on Barotse agreement

5th July 2014,
this serves to respond to the Cheke Cha Mbunda cultural and writes Association,District secretary Liale mubanga’s deceit words over the Barotseland Agreement of 1964.
That: “the Barotseland Agreement has gone stale due to the passing of time and therefore need has arisen to have its contents revised to refredum to suit the present intrests and concerns of the Non-lozi tribal groups,eg the mbundas and nkoyas”. Mr Mubanga, their is no tribe in Barotseland called lozi, and we do not know if you have forgotten what your association (Cheke),presented at the BNC 2012. your language sounds that you have been given money by the zambian administration to expose your deceit words and ignorant of the facts contained in the Barotseland Agreement 1964. Mr Mubanga, its not you as a refuge to tell us what should be done over the Barotseland Agreement of 1964,if life as refuge is burdensome in Barotseland, better try Muchinga. We,kindly advise you to desist from making noise on issues which are historicaly straight forward and absolute true,if you fail we will insist to the Immigration department to deport you to Angola,we have facts to
 prove your status.
Muyunda Makala,
National Secretary.
