Council of Churches in Zambia (CCZ) General Secretary Suzanne Matale has reiterated that the outcome of the Commission of Inquiry on electoral violence and vote patterns is predetermined.
She has stressed that the Inquiry was not necessary because the cause of political violence was already known.
Matale has charged that the results of the report will not in any way help to avoid political violence because the government already knows the culprits.
The Commission of Inquiry on political violence and vote patterns has been sitting across the country to collect submissions from the public but has so far received poor response as very few people are making submissions.
The Commission has also been accused by certain sections of civil society if violating citizens rights to vote for candidates of their choice.
