Railway Systems of Zambia (RSZ) will next Monday hold an open day in Kabwe where the company will showcase the background of the company, discuss current operations and chart the future direction.
In attendace at the event which will at Tuskers Hotel will be Government officials, members of Parliament and business clients will be in attendance.
“Is our company’s resolve that all major stakeholders are involved and consulted in all our operations to enhance productivity and satisfaction,” says Benjamin Even, RSZ CEO adding that: ‘we have embarked on a continuous process of engaging stakeholders to collectively review operations.
“While we are making every effort to ensure that customers are always engaged and informed over the company’s operations we also hold, on an annual basis, open days where various activities are conducted.”
Even said a documentary on the RSZ would be shown to the invited stakeholders who will also be taken on a conducted tour of the main workshops, and the train control centre.
