LunguAs the ECZ were announcing the results around 20 hours, Former President Rupiah Banda was in a crisis meeting with PF candidate Edgar Lungu advising him against conceding defeat.

Lungu’s motorcade was spotted heading to RB’s house in Leopards Hill at the time the ECZ officials were preparing to start announcing results. The two were then locked up in a meeting at Banda’s residence.

Intelligence sources told ZWD that both Lungu and Banda already have the results from the entire country just like Hakainde Hichilema, international Monitors and donors.

A few days before voting, Lungu ordered government to pay Banda K5 billion ahead of families of other presidents that ruled Zambia before Banda, and while neglecting thousands of retirees that are dying of hunger.
