Rupiah gives PS job to his ex- campaign manager

Stamping his final authority on the former Patriotic Front (PF) Rupiah Banda has directed his dummy in State House to appoint his former campaign Manager Martin Mtonga as permanent secretary.

Mtonga was Rupiah’s campaign manager in 2011 and was behind all the dirty campaigns against late President Michael Sata. He only survived being arrested for corruption because Sata died. He was already interrogated by police ahead of being arrested.
Mtonga was sworn in at State House on Wednesday afternoon.
Mtonga is now in charge of e-Governance and ICTs in Cabinet Office.

Another victory and job for MMD officials at the expense of PF founders.
