Ruth Mbandu case ends as DPP drops case

Screen Shot 2014-03-31 at 22.13.29That is it. The murder case of Ruth Mbandu has been closed. No one knows who peeled off the NIPA student’s face before dumping her body. No one will pay for that murder.
Director of Public Prosecution Mutembo Nchito has entered a nolle Prosequi (no prosecution) and the people who were arrested have been set free.
The Watchdog has persistently written that Ruth Mbandu’s uncle was just a diversion; the people who killed Ruth Mbandu for Satanic purposes are politicians in PF.
Solomon Jere, the deputy Inspector of police will one day have to stand in the dock to explain what he knows about this murder. We are not saying Jere is a suspect. He is not. But he knows all the truth as does all the senior top police command.
The Lusaka High Court Monday afternoon set free the deceased’s uncle George Kalomo who was the chief suspect in the case.
True to what late Levy Mwanawasa said; Zambians forget easily. Ruth Mbandu’s murder is now history.
