SACCORD urges voters to use courts to resolve differences

Southern Africa Centre for Constructive Resolution of Disputes (SACCORD) Information Officer Obby Chibuluma has appealed to Zambians not to use illegal means to resolves differences that may arise as a result of tomorrow’s elections.

Chibuluma told the watchdog that those citizens who shall be aggrieved by the outcome of the polls should use viable means, which are the courts to address their concerns.

He noted that violence will not usher any candidate into political office, but will only cause unnecessary tension and harm to the Zambian people.

Chibuluma advised politicians to desist from being prophets of doom and preach peace and unity as Zambia is a haven of peace.
