Sacrifices: Chief Chamuka calls for serious prayers

A traditional leader has appealed to all church mother bodies in the country to intensify prayers especially for those that are travelling on the roads everyday in view of the increased number of fatal road accidents in the country.

Chief Chamuka of the Lenje people of Chisamba district has observed that prayer is the most important aspect in everyday life especially during this time when the country has continued to lose innocent souls in road traffic accidents.

Chief Chamuka has told Qfm news in an interview that in as much as government would work tirelessly with the Road Transport and Safety Agency, to ensure that the country has dual carriageways, there is need for all church mother bodies to intensify prayers especially on the black spots along the Great north road where many lives had been lost.

The traditional leader also notes that the devil is at hand and people should begin to take seriously testimonies being given by other Christians on how the devil has been working to ensure that innocent souls are taken during their journeys.

Chief Chamuka has also called on all Zambians to always be prayerful and deny the devil any space to take advantage of innocent souls.
