After grabbing a farm from former mines Minister Maxwel Mwale, Crooked Lusaka Lawyer Sakwiba Sikota now wants to liquidate the Law Association of Zambia by demanding K5 million as costs.
The demand comes after the corrupt and compromised Constitution Court rejected LAZ’s application to join the matter in which some mad opposition political party leaders aligned to the Patriotic Front including Dan Pule have asked the court to rule that Africa’s most corrupt leader Edgar Lungu is eligible to stand in 2021. The court denied LAZ the application and awarded costs to the mad presidents.
Now Sakwiba Sikota whose law firm is one of those holding illicit money as compiled by the Financial Intelligence Centre is demanding for K5million from LAZ. Early this year Sakwiba grabbed a farm from Maxwel Mwale after giving him a huge bill. Mwale has since gone into depression. The farm is in Lusaka West which Mwale bought from former Director General of Intelligence Regis Phiri. Sakwiba has even started building a house there.
