Sata appoints Judge Ngoma as State House head of security

President Michael Sata has appointed a known criminal and ex convict Judge Ngoma as head of security at State House,  Intelligence sources have disclosed. The ailing dictator has also assigned one Aircraft from the Zambia Airforce (ZAF) to be flying to and from Kasama everyday to check on activities by former Defense Minister Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba.
A source said Judge Ngoma has taken over the operations of the special branch and police at State house. ” Judge Ngoma is now in-charge, we have completely been over shadowed.

Even before Cabinet meetings the President will meet Ngoma for 30 minutes in a room and Judge will zoom out not even greeting Ministers. It is a sorry sight, ” the source said.
On the the ZAF plane, the source said the plane leaves Lusaka at 06 hours every day and returns at 18 hours. ” We do not know what has scared the President too much about GBM, the President dispatches intelligence officers every morning at 06 hours to Kasama and back at 18 hours using the Zambia Airforce and all this is being supervised by Judge Ngoma” the source said.
Before being taken to State House, Ngoma worked as security manager at ZESCO Limited. He has no formal training and basic education. He is believed to be a grade seven drop out.

Ngoma was one of the first criminals Sata pardoned and released from jail when he was elected president.
