Sata continues shuffling his govt officials

President Michael Sata has continued to shake his unstable government, this time at Permanent secretary level where he has now demoted Local government and Housing Permanent Secretary Howard Sikwela and replaced him with his Copperbelt counterpart Howard Mshili.

Sikwela goes to be the new Copperbelt PS barely 4 months after being appointed at Local government.

Sikwela is former Livingstone MP under UPND but decided to create a by-election that led to PF cadres murdering each other.

At the Ministry of Information, Sata also quietly appointed Bates Mushala a few weeks ago to add more misery there as the Ministry was last week headed by some medical doctor as the new minister.

Several stakeholders including the diplomatic community have voiced concerns over the useless but endless reshuffles in Sata’s cabinet that have caused further instability and policy inconstancies on government programmes.

The Zambianwatchdog has consistently warned Sata’s government officials to keep their bags packed at all times, and please don’t disturb your families.

Under the current madness by your boss, you better keep organising concubines to stay and move with.

But of course there is a huge cost to the tax-payers to all these movements.
