Ailing Dictator Michael Sata has made changes in the diplomatic missions to specifically allow his nephew a staunch Soccer fan to watch the Football World Cup in Brazil. President Sata has done this at tax payers expense.

According to  State House sources , Sata’s nephew Patson Chilemba the First Secretary for Press at Zambia’s High Commission in South Africa requested Sata that he wanted to Watch the World Cup in Brazil. Sata responded positively to his nephew’s request and has since swapped Chilemba with Nicky Shabolyo who was until now the First Secretary for Press in Brazil.

The source said Patson a former Junior reporter for the Post Newspaper has told Sata that he likes South Africa and would like to be brought back soon after the World Cup.

Shabolyo who was one of the reporters who worked very closely with Sata during late President Chiluba’s third term bid was Times of Zambia Deputy Managing Director before he was demoted and sent to Brazil.

It is very expensive to move a diplomat from one place to another but Sata does not care spending huge sums of tax payers money to make such changes that for his nephew to watch football in Brazil. To make matters worse, Zambia is not even anywhere near in participating in the World Cup. Worst still, President Sata himself is not even a sportsman. Maybe ke likes boxing since it is more similar to his rough manners and his violent nature.
