President Michael Sata says UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema owes Zambians answers on where the money for Luanshya Copper Mine went after privatisation.
Sata was speaking in Magoye on Wednesday where he went to campaign.
He said the same applied when it comes to the defunct Lima bank whose house Hichilema now occupies.
Sata further said that Mr Hichilema was entrusted with the privatisation of Intercontinental Hotel in Livingstone but ended up being the chairperson of the new owners, Sun Hotels.
When Hichilema broke the pact with Sata and called on him to retire because he is old and tired, Sata vowed to lock up Hichilema if he became president.
