Sata sends senile Mbuzi to Russia

He sent him to represent the PF regime to France in 2012. No one knows when he returned from Paris but ailing president Michael Sata Friday swore in senile Solomon Mbuzi as the new PF regime ambassador to Russia.

Like the Watchdog reported in 2012, Solomon Mbuzi is too old to work and can hardly see.

When PF won in 2011, Mbuzi was appointed as minister for Eastern province. He age is not really known but is said to be in his 80s and is senile.

Mbuzi uses a stick to walk

In 2012, students at the diplomatic training institute where he somehow managed to go through told the Watchdog that sometimes he could not find the class where lectures were conducted from.

Students at the institute revealed that Mbuzi fails to recognise people even those who were in his class at the diplomatic Institute.

On October 6, 2011 when the MPs were voting for the current speaker, MPs called Solomon Mbuzi “ambuya!” as he made his way into parliament as nominated MP and minister for Eastern province.

To show how old Mbuzi is, the MPs who were calling him ‘grandfather are in their 50 and 60.

The parliamentarians remarked: “No weapons allowed here” in reference to Mbuzi’s walking stick.
