Sata swears-in Charity Kaande as PS, the two have an 18-year-old son

Ailing dictator President Michael Sata has today sworn-in another of his concubines Charity Kaande Ngoma as permanent secretary in the Ministry of Transport, Works, Supply and Communication to replace  Muyenga Attanga who has gone to head troubled Zambia Railways Ltd.

Charity Kaande, who has an 18 year-old son with Mr. Sata also outside wedlock, is step-daughter to former MMD National Trustee Jeff Kaande and was until recently mere former Road Transport and Safety Agency (RATSA) inspector.

Sata had earlier gotten a job for concubine Charity at Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) before she was fired by late Levy Mwanawasa for leaking sensitive information to then opposition leader, Mr. Sata.

President Sata has urged the newly appointed permanent secretary to ensure that that she works as a professional in the transport sector.
