Sata swears in two judges

In what seems to have been a rehearsal towards official opening of Parliament, the ailing Dictator Michael Sata this morning swore in former Attorney General Mumba Malila as Supreme Court Justice.

The ailing Dictator also swore in Roydah Kaoma as Supreme Court Justice. Mrs Kaoma was Acting Supreme Court justice.

According to a source at State House, no reporters where invited and the ceremony only took less than fifteen minutes before Sata retired to Nkwazi House his official residence.
He was supposed to swear in three more officers but failed.

“Mumba Malila and Roydah Kaoma were sworn in today in a very rare secret swearing in ceremony. I think the President’s handlers wanted to find out is he can preside over a long session like official opening of parliament but it seems things are not good. It only took 15 minutes,” the source said.
