Ailing president Michael Sata will again peep into the cameras and address the nation when swearing-in fellow old relic Daniel Munkombwe of the politics of the belly on Tuesday.
Mr. Sata has appointed Munkombwe as the new deputy minister for Southern province after firing Muchinga province Minister Charles Banda who has since been re-aligned as High Commissioner to Malawi.
State House sources have told the Watchdog that the swearing-in ceremony will take place tomorrow at 09:00 hours when the president will also give policy directions to the nation since he never addresses press conferences or feature on radio and TV interviews.
The Watchdog understands that current Southern province Minister Josephine Limata has been transfered to Ministry of Community Development while the current deputy minister there whoever it has been has been sent to Muchinga province.
Mr. Sata has also swapped Local Government Permanent Secretary Benard Namachila with Southern province counterpart Chileshe Mulenga.
