The passengers on the Solwezi bound bus travelling from Lusaka this morning were escaped being sacrificed after their bus overturned at 16 miles area, along the great north road, leaving over 15 people with injuries.
Sources told the Zambian watchdog that the bus believed to belong to Ticklays Coach Services overturned this morning but no deaths were reported. The injured have been taken to UTH in Lusaka.
This is the fourth major accident involving buses with many passengers on board within a period of three months. Last month 18 people perished in the minbus collision with a truck while 55 people died on the spot when the lusaka bound Postbus collided with an oncoming foreign truck.
