Some trucks had pre-marked ballots

It has been confirmed that two of the six trucks that purportedly brought riot kit from South Africa actually brought extra ballots that were distributed to various constituencies of Lusaka.

During voting day, trucks escorted by military police  were seen entering Lusaka but the opposition were only allowed to search 3 of them.

These were premarked at various locations and distributed in the early hours of yesterday.

The contraband left the premises of Government Stores around 02hrs for the various locations. It will be noted that in their scheme of things, the PF had categorized Lusaka as priority number one. It is therefore strongly recommended that ballots for Lusaka be subjected to strict validation and verification. A very big and treasonable crime has been committed here.

The contraband was brought by Lima couriers.
