According to QFM radio, the complainant Isaac Nkhoma has written complaint letters to president Rupiah Banda, the Anti Corruption Commission and the human rights commission.
Mr. Nkoma says his family has been victimized by a legal officer at the ministry of lands suspected to be working with Mr Phiri, the ZSIS director general.
Mr Nkhoma explained to QFM that farm no. F3796 Kapiri Mposhi is a private property which was purchased by his late father Kingstone Isaac Nkhoma from the Tobacco Board of Zambia.
He said that following the death of his father, the ministry of lands took advantage to illegally subdivide the farm and allegedly offered the private property to Mr Regis Phiri.
He added that the ministry of lands has done this without the consent of the family, a thing he describes as robbery.
