State house trying to bribe international media journalists

State House spokesperson  Amos Chanda has summoned all journalists working for international media for a ‘meeting’ this evening.

Lungu and his handlers are shocked at the negative international publicity the persecution of opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema has attracted.

As such, Chanda wants to bribe international media journalists working in Zambia so that they can stop covering the persecution of HH and instead send photos of Lungu praying.

So far Lungu’s regime has been painted black all over the world such that Lungu can only travel to countries run by his fellow dictators. Zambia has never received such bad international publicity from time immemorial. Zambia’s image is in tatters right now.

But Chanda’s meeting will achieve nothing as the Watchdog is monitoring this meeting and has the list of all the journalists invited even those who will be met one on one. Just after the meeting, The Watchdog will phone the headquarters of such international media and demand to talk to each particular journalist’ s editor.

The meeting will be held at Latitude 15 hotel in Kabulonga.
