United National Independence Party (UNIP) President Tilyenji Kaunda has urged government to seriously address the plight of all Zambians and deliver on its campaign promises.
In an interview with HOT FM, Kaunda said citizens are eager to see what the new regime has to offer, adding that government should work extremely hard as a lot voters have confidence in it.
He noted that Michael Sata’s administration must improve key sectors such as agriculture as it will go a long way in alleviating poverty in the country.
Kaunda also advised government to revamp the education sector by making sure that pupils and students are offered skills training which can better their lives in future.
The UNIP leader further appealed to the Patriotic Front (PF) to ensure it initiates developmental projects and gives Zambians all it promised them in 90days.
