Tourist Lungu expected in Uganda on Thursday morning

Fresh from Lesotho, Zambian tourist Edgar Lungu will be heading to Uganda for a summit on refugees at the invitation of Dictator Yoweri Museveni.
Zambia’s Deputy High Commissioner to Uganda Lawrence Njobvu has told the PF abused ZNBC that Zambia has a lot to learn from Uganda on dealing with issues of refugees.
Njobvu said from Kampala that Lungu is expected to arrive in Kampala tomorrow morning (Thursday) and will tour one refugee settlement before attending the Uganda Solidarity Summit on Refugees on Friday.
Early this week Lungu also announced that he will soon be travelling to Rwanda to see how clean and smart Kigali is. He said he has also heard a lot of stories about Rwanda performing well in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) so he wants to see for himself.
