Zambia is a failed state where stealing is officially institutionalized. Even when we give you a job, you have to find ways of stealing because the official salary is not expected to meet all the needs. Sad situation indeed.

The uniformed forces all have chaplains these days and during so-called national day of prayer in October, we see them sing hymns of praise God. Why, I repeat ,why are such things happening?
