Unza workers still not paid for September,  going on strike

Workers at the University of Zambia have given management 12 hours in which to pay them their last month’ salaries or the university will be paralysed, once again.
The University of Zambia and Allied Workers union further warned that its members will be going on strike every time their salaries are not paid on 30th.
First year students are supposed to start registrations this week. Copperbelt University Workers already started their strike on Monday due to failure by the government to pay salaries.
Last week, president Edgar Lungu hired a private jet at $300, 000 to go to New York. He bought air tickets for dancers and other entertainers. Life is really good for Lungu thisFB_IMG_1444127338677
