UPND advises Zambians to retire old politicians

United Party for National Development (UPND) Copperbelt Province Chairperson Elisha Matambo has urged Zambians to use the forthcoming polls to retire old politicians.

Matambo noted that the country will only achieve real change if recycled leaders are sidelined and young visionary leaders are ushered into office.

He cautioned citizens on voting for individuals who can be likened to chameleons as they bounce from one party to another wanting to distance themselves from the mistakes of their former parties.

Matambo also advised political players such as Republican President Rupiah Banda and Patriotic Front Leader Micheal Sata to graciously step down and give chance to others so that democracy can prevail.
