UPND wants bankrupt Panji investigated for his sudden huge money

Opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) has called on investigative wings to probe Colonel Panji Kaunda’s sudden source of funding.

Lusaka Province Youth Chairman Brian Mizinga says Colonel Kaunda should be investigated to find out where he is getting the money to travel around the country holding meetings.

He was speaking at a media briefing in Lusaka on Friday.

In January 2005, Panji  Kaunda was declared bankrupt for being indebted to Hybrid Poultry Farm Limited to the tune of K121,703,436.

Lusaka High Court Judge Anderson Zikonda placed Lieutenant Colonel Kaunda’s Sindamisale Farm in Chipata under receivership.
