UPND youths give DPP five-day ultimatum

United Party for National Development (UPND) youths have given Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Chalwe Mchenga a five day ultimatum to respond to their petition concerning a nolle prosequi entered by the state in a case involving 2 Chinese managers from Colum Coal Mine who allegedly shot and wounded mine employees.
In an interview with hot fm, UPND Youth Coordinator Brian Hapunda the DPP’s lack of concern clearly shows that as leader he does not care about the well being of youths in the country.
Hapunda further said if the DPP does not act the youths will have no choice but storm his office and seek audience with him.
