UTH says ailing Bonshe is stable

uthDeputy Minister of Home Affairs Misheck Bonshe who is currently admitted to the University Teaching Hospital (UTH) is in a stable condition.

UTH Public Relations Manager Pauline Mbangweta said Mr Bonshe was recovering and responding well to treatment.

Ms Mbangweta told ZANIS in an interview in Lusaka today that doctors at UTH were attending to the deputy Minister and ensuring that he gets better.

Meanwhile, Ms Mbangweta has said that the Malawian High Commissioner to Zambia, Chrissie Mughogho who was also admitted to the UTH has since been discharged after recovering from injuries she sustained in a road traffic accident on the Great East Road in Chipata on Thursday.

Ms Mbangweta also said the driver to the High Commissioner Rodgers Phiri is still admitted to UTH and that he is still ill while the passenger Bauqa Banda has also been discharged.
