First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for this platform in which Zambians have an opportunity to air their grievances as well as a source of up to the minute news, covering matters of public interest. This is certainly good for a growing democracy.

I wish to inform the public through your platform that following the posting in relation to Mr. Kachela Daniel Ngona, entitled “Airtel Zambia’s Pathetic Services,” the Airtel Zambia team moved swiftly to rectify the matter to Mr. Ngona’s satisfaction.

Airtel has been evolving to suit the dynamics of the Zambian market. Necessary adjustments have been and will always be made to effectively provide the best telecommunications services possible in Zambia. We are certainly not yet where we need to be, but are aggressively working towards the highest level of operational excellence that will translate into optimal customer satisfaction.

Challenges, such as the one previously highlighted, will always enable us to learn and to configure ourselves to better serve the Airtel customer.
