This is nothing to be surprised about, these things happen and they have been happening impersonating defence and security officers and its good that the chap has been brought to book before committing serious crimes. The reason we say the police need to up its numbers so that their presence is felt at all corners of our community. The chap deserves a jail sentence to serve as lesson to others.
If this depicts reality then public safety and confidence in protection by the law is at stake and the reason why the escalated lawlessness is here revealed and explained! It is only the Police Inspector General Kanganja who must be held accountable on the rot in his institution! Those that earlier accused the PF led government of packing the Police Service with cadres must be feeling vindicated.
