Whistle-blower: PF gives RTSA contract to Golden Eagle

Dear Editor,
In the PF campaigns was the word “corruption” and “we shall fight it”. With new turn of events it has come to our attention that the corruption allergic statement is only applicable to non family members of Sata as has been evidenced with GBM, Chikwanda, Miles to name but a few yet corrupt activities are going without being addressed.

Please note that there is no problem now or in future by awarding of contracts on merit to any contractor but the problem comes in when such awards are based on tribalism, nepotism, financial gain or most important the Family Forest.

Our Sources have revealed that the PF government is about to sign a contract under RTSA with another corrupt company called Golden Eagle which is covering the interests of some family members. This company will start producing new electronic number plates and electronic driver’s license. This is an attempt to quick start fund raising for upcoming elections for PF party. The other problem is that a percentage from every official payment made will be channeled to certain individuals in Sata’s forest or simply the family tree.

RTSA is the second highest revenue collector for treasury after ZRA

The same sources have greatly complained stating that  there has been too much pressure from the absolute authoritative offices and these include direct calls from the finance minister (uncle to president), deputy minister (nephew to the president) and some direct members of Sata’s forest. RTSA’s top guns are wearing the same hats as that of this leadership and its associates. So much pressure has been exerted on certain officials carrying out evaluations. The source stated that “there is so much pressure that Golden Eagle MUST be awarded the contract at all costs. Recommendations have already been made that predetermined company is awarded the contract and as we speak now the process has been thrown to yet another rubber stamping agency ZPPA”. Instruction not to carry out any further due diligence on this company has being issued. One would wonder why all these people are promoting Golden Eagle.

A Golden Eagle uses its agility and speed combined with extremely powerful talons to snatch up a variety of prey. The Zambian citizens in this case are its prey

When a priest said that we must forgive, the President rose his hand in church and said that this country will be run on the principles of the 10 commandments, but we ask why is there so much corruption in the PF administration, have they written a new constitution and a new set of the 10 commandments?

“This government will be governed on the 10 Commandments. Thou shall not steal, do unto others as you would like them to do unto you,” MC Sata

“For the first time this country has a Catholic president and our government will support the church,” Sata said. Read More ( http://www.zambianwatchdog.com/2011/09/25/sata-i-will-govern-according-to-biblical-10-commandments/ )

Sata’s forest has now ensured that all projects are awarded to either the children especially in-directly to Mulenga Sata (son), Miles, GBM, Chikwanda. It is not long ago when we showed RB a Red Card and mainly because of his sons and their involvement in strategic government’s citizenry contracts for their own individual financial gains. Is lightening striking the same place twice? The reason lightning doesn’t strike twice in the same place is that the same place isn’t there the second time. We thought that we had removed that place in September 2011.

Meanwhile the FRA Chief Executive Officer David Matongo got fired for attempting to run the organisation professionally and awarding the contract for sacks on merit. The deal should have gone to Kafico but he professionally carried out a due diligence and found that a Lusaka businessman who introduced R.P. Capital to Dora Siliya runs Kifco and records are available at DBZ.

Is Sata really immune to corruption or are we now seeing the real KING COBRA that Zambia has always known? Didn’t we just jump from a frying pan into a fire?
