World bank says Zambia’s external debt is $27 billion

According to the World Bank, this is Zambia’s external debt, $27 Billion. In 2009, two years before the current regime  took over, debt was expected y 3 billion. Within three years of being in power, the PF doubled the debt to more than $7 billion while denying and publishing fake reports hiding debt. It is an international crime to hide debt.
