The Zambia under 20 soccer team has qualified to the semi finals of the Junior Afcon and the South Korea under 20 World Cup with a game in hand after crashing Mali 6-1 at Heroes Stadium this evening.
The West Africans were the first to score 6 minutes into the Match through their captain Abdoul Dante who connected a powerful header from a corner kick.
The Zambians however equalised in the 8th minute through Fashion Sakala after heading in from a cross from the left.
In the 25th minute Emanuel Banda pushed Zambia in the lead while Enock Mwepu ensured that Zambia goes to the dressing rooms with a comfortable lead after he scored in the 38th minute.
Five minutes into the second half Edward Chilufya scored the fourth goal which washed away any hope of a Mali comeback.
