UNZA HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO PROTEST BY POLICE BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING SO AGAINST SOUTH AFRICA. HAD IT BEEN AGAINST GOVERNMENT THEY WOULD HAVE BEATEN AND TEARGASED THEM AND EVEN SHOOTING THEM WITH LIVE AMMUNITION.

People fomenting xenophobia in South Africa are black politicians like Herman Mashaba the mayor of Johannesburg as well as ANC officials who are busy plundering instead of creating jobs for the 30% unemployed (50% for youths).

A better strategy is boycott ‘Black Like Me’ hair and cosmetics owned by Mashaba and reporting this joker to  international courts for inciting ethnic violence.

I tend to agree with Chisha. Zambians are bad business people who can not even see opportunities around them. If South African businesses are to retaliate, there would be no toilet papers in most houses where ministries operate from. If Zambian can allow the Chinese to screw them and shit on their streets, it does not mean that South Africans should allow other African countries to do such things to them.

I am ashamed of these unza students. It appears they do not think and do not understand history. They have much more pressing problems in this country that are caused by poor management of the economy. At one time their union was abolished and meal allowances withdrawn. Even when they graduate jobs are not assured and many of them will be jobless for a long time. These are issues that they should be concerned about. Other than offering moral support Zambia did nothing to fight physically in the struggle against apartheid in South Africa. We know Zambians are cowards.

I tend to think that two (2) wrongs cannot make a right. To fight and destroy South African businesses based in this country will not solve the problem. Engage that government diplomatically because truth be told, Zambia needs South Africa more than they do as it stands.

You were right on track till the last two sentences. You may be too young to know the price Zambia paid to liberate South Africa, in that case just operate within your comfort zone.
