Three men who raped a 15-year-old girl in Sydney will spend at least three years in jail.
According to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, the Zambian nationals were found guilty of aggravated sexual assault for the attack which happened in 2006.
One was also found guilty of having sex with a child under 16.
The court heard that after raping the girl, who was drunk in a Hurstville unit, one of the men said to her, “you are dismissed”.
In sentencing the men to at least three years jail, a judge said they are guilty of serious crimes, but are not depraved monsters.
The judge said they had good prospects for rehabilitation and two of the men have no prior criminal record.
