ZANACO stole K1m from my account

Dear editor,

I am disappointed with  ZANACO and there service.

On the 28 of august around 13  I withdraw a 300thousand from my mums account to buy tile fix from Avondale branch and the remaining balance was correct.

The next day I went to withdraw some money from the same account it showed me that 1million was missing.

I told my mum and she went to get a statement and ask them about it but now they are saying that we are accusing them and we have to involve the police and lawyers.

Am so hurt and disturbed by this cause I look like a thief in my mums eyes and don’t have evidence to clear myself because those mini statements weren’t printable but only have witnesses that can prove that I was home when the withdrawal was made.
