Police impound Dora Siliya’s motor bikes

Police in Lusaka have impounded a truck carrying 29 electric motor cycles on its way to MMD spokesperson Dora Siliya’s House.

Police Spokesperson, Elizabeth Kanjela confirmed that police questioned the driver of the truck which has since been packed at Woodlands police station.

She said both the driver and the owner of the warehouse where the bikes were taken from confirmed that they belong to Siliya.

But Siliya told radio phoenix that the motor cycles belong to an organisation called ‘My Home Town.’

She said she is the matron of that organisation and that the motorcycles were donated seven months ago by the South African office.

She said she kept them at a warehouse because that time she did not have time to attend to the matter.
